        Great company but ever since a new agent took over I have random increases. Then I call and they say oh we can run it through a new system and gets it lowered back down and if that happens again to call. Why do I have to call and be mad for them to update their system and client accts?... not impressed considering I have been with them for atleast 10 years, 8 of them years never had these problems...

        I just recently switched to American family insurance. I got the privilege to work with Shannon Finnegan. Shannon is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and the kind of guy I want to work with. Best of all he was able to beat my old insurance premium considerably.

        This is the best insurance company in the whole state anywhere as far as that goes. Lacey's awesome she had to bail me out again today quickly sent me an email proof of insurance saved me from getting a ticket these guys are awesome.
