        I felt sorry, for the two people they sent out. absolutely no idea how to troubleshoot. When I made the appointment I told the person what was wrong. Upon arrival, we needed to show the techs what it was. They found a part they could order. and return and install for $600. $75. part. good thing they made us give them $75. as they walked in the door. Of course, they did offer the give us free furnace tune up. that would have been scary

        Given that labor resources are scarce I have empathy for company but my appointment was rescheduled three times at major inconvenience to homeowner. That said, once on site, technician was excellent.
