Better Days Acupuncture

Many hands on businesses such as mine struggle with scheduling and rely on patients being able to schedule themselves online as my hands are usually on my patients and I do my best to utilize email or text as communication so as to not disturb the atmosphere of healing in my intimate clinic. I offer online scheduling and have my calendar for all of my patients to view for themselves. I respond to emails and texts as soon as possible. I do the best I can and I take it to heart to make sure all of those I am allowed to journey with toward health and healing, feel my desire to be present for them. When I'm with a patient, I am fully 100% present for that person. I manage communication in time slots as I can fit so as to not take away any of my energy from the person I am with.I scheduled this lady's spouse for 12 appointments, and he did not show up for 3 in a row, after many attempts to call, I cancelled appointments until I could get word from him. He just showed up at my clinic one day, not scheduled and I explained that I was trying to get a hold of him. He told me he struggled remembering and I agreed to email him as I was in the midst of working with my other scheduled patient and could not address the issue at that moment. I emailed, no response, I emailed again, no response. He showed up again, not scheduled and I was busy with other patients, so I explained that he was not scheduled and that I had tried to communicate as agreed, but received no response. I sent another test email with a response, so I forwarded all other emails to show that I had applied effort, but this patient's spouse felt the need to leave a bad review in spite of all of my efforts.
