Glitz!

I got the dress I wanted, but no one was willing to help me, there's not enough seating in the waiting area, they don't carry many large sizes, and the dress I got was the one from the floor so there are snags and beads missing. They gave me $20 off, but once I looked it over when I got home I noticed there was more tears. The checkout process was very confusing and they didn't seem eager to help during the trying on process. I will not be returning to Glitz to purchase another dress.

The customer service is horrible!! No one knew what to do. The employees were standing around not directing or helping anyone. After waiting for 20 minutes A CUSTOMER told us that we needed to sign in to get a dressing room. Once we did we waited another 45 minutes on top of this and then decided to ask what was going on. To my utter disappointment we were told our sign in sheet was missing and we would have to wait another 45 minutes or so for a fitting room. On top of that two employees were standing behind the register not helping anyone, and having a conversation while 10 people were standing in line waiting to be helped.

LITERALLY THE WORST DRESS SHOP. Went in there to buy a dress, found one to big the store workers looked for an hour for it while i was standing naked in a dressing room. The girl in the room next to me had it sitting in her room the whole time finally tried it on and was on the phone for 15 minutes with her mom and decided she wanted it too. After we told them how long we waited they called the manager and they left her have the dress, that I waited for for an hour. WORST SERVICE EVER, never go there. Pretty dresses worst service.
