My family had purchased a pair of slippers for me (on my own credit card, just how we do gifts), but they were the wrong size. I went into the store and wanted to return them, but was talked into exchanging them. I was given a gift card and reordered the slippers online. This time they came in and still did not fit and I opted to return the slippers. Manager LYDIA, who had previously helped me, denied ever working with me the first time, and claimed she wouldn't have just returned the first pair of slippers onto a giftcard (the exact way she did). Lydia in no way offered help other than calling Customer Care. After an hour on the phone with Customer Care, I was able to easily get it back on my original form of payment and they apologized for my experience in store. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE.

Came in on the 2nd January and the one girl with a bun in her hair was so rude to me. Definitely wont be coming back. So rude and short with me and didnt look like she wanted to work there at all.

My husband went to go shopping for me at your store on 12/04/23 10036 And received very poor service!He asked if the store had Grey Boots sz 6.She looked in back.There were non.The Manager Yelled at my husband that the store did not have any grey boots No apology just screamed the statement in the store.So he bought me a g.C. And I really wish He had not because of the very poor customer service hecreceivedI think you should train your employees on how to intetreact and treat customers. I am very disappointed in how he was treated.You should do better and know better!!The time my husband was there was in the AM 10:49

If I could give negative stars I would. Called the store talk to someone and asked if they had a specific boot in stock and size. The girl said yes and that they could hold it tell I got there. When I arrived at the store the woman that I talked to was not there and another person. Talked to who was very rude told me nothing was on hold and that they dont do that.. I have spent thousands of dollars at the ugg store over the years gir my wife. I will never go back to this store again.
