We had ordered our son's football photos in the end of September of 2022. Received it in Jan of 2023. If we did not contact them, we still probably would have never gotten it. Highly disappointed in the "plaque" we ordered. The photos are placed on a piece of material not even thick as a cardboard. For $45, it is not worth it!

This company makes it seem like theyre a scam. I have ordered my sons football pictures at the end of September and I have not received the en via mail. Not only is that disappointing but they do NOT respond to your calls or email. If it werent for the management who selected them to do photos, I would have never chose them as an option.
