Park 'N Go - Airport Parking

Check in woman was extremely rude. We had our bar code ready to scan and she asked us if we can read. The machine looks like it could be self service, and the other local services are self service. Not how I want to start a trip. I should have checked reviews. Avoid this service.

First time user and transportation to and from the airport has always been something I stressed about. But this service was excellent! I got there, checked in, got a parking spot right away, and the shuttle came right to me and brought me to the airport without delay. On the way back, the shuttle was ready to go at the airport and brought me right back directly in front of my car. Also, the shuttle drivers were super friendly and helped me get my luggage in and out of the shuttle. Nicely done everyone! Highly recommend!

We use this service because it is a free perk of my husband working in the office building across the street and the property management company and this lot have a deal. However, if you are a paying customer, I highly recommend NOT using this service. The staff is horrendous. Weve been forced to wait in the rain because the guy working on the lobby didnt want anyone waiting in the room with him, leaving us and our luggage to get wet, been yelled at for not tipping enough ($5 seemed sufficient, and we grabbed our own luggage), and have been literally yelled at by the staff answering the phone on numerous occasions. If you are looking for quality service, this is not the place.
