This location was clean, fast and the staff was really pleasant. Very convenient for a stop heading to the airport and really easy access from 494 on and off. This is a great stop for gas on the way as well. It will be a little cheaper at this exit than at the airport. Highly recommend.

Seriously, $16 for a regular size sandwich combo with 2 slices of Turkey on it?? Prices are insane and beyond ridiculous for what one gets

I've had issues with my order from this same store the last 3 times I've ordered from here (unfortunately it's the closest store that delivers to me). Most recently, I ordered delivery from this location on February 27, 2024. My sandwich arrived with a GAPING HOLE in it! Literally, right in the middle of the sandwich (see photo) - it looked like someone took a bite out of it, which was so unappetizing I couldnt even bring myself to eat it! Why would this not have been remade before sending it out to me?? I tried to contact JJs to at least get a refund (and maybe a sorry for the inconvenience and disgusting presentation!?) and it has just been one excuse after another by all involved. Clearly the owner doesnt care about how horribly this store represents JJs because in addition to submitting the Feedback form to JJs the same day of the order, I have contacted customer service by phone twice now to get some kind of acknowledgement (and a refund!) and have received NO follow-up communication! Nothing. What an utter disappointment and waste of time. I was trying to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt, but its now been days since my most recent contact and have heard nothing, so clearly they just dont care. At all. This location is an embarrassment to the JJs brand - do not ever go here!!!!!! I cannot tell you enough!
