I highly recommend to follow Kim and Jackie's advice that they tell you during your phone interview. Review their website, blogs, press, LinkedIn, FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram accounts before you interview. The CEO Jackie kindly provided the information that she has been in business for two years. If you review her individual LinkedIn page, Jackie lists the following experience; Owner of Initiatives Inc. with the dates June 2017- present, FYI that is under 6 months not two years? Also, her profile lists St. Louis, MI as her location and that her job experience is working at Hooters. Jackie, I wish you luck in your agency but you are not going to have a staff, unless your honest. Minneapolis/St.Paul is a very competitive especially when it comes to marketing agencies, your name and work is remembered amongst the industry. If you research Olson, SixSpeed, Periscope, Carmichael and Lynch and Rocket 55 agencies websites just to name a few; they are much different then Initiatives Inc. website for being a marketing agency.

Initiatives inc is a really horrible company to work for. The management system is created to manipulate employees and over work them. I would not suggest associating with this company for any reason.

I've been with Initiatives for nearly four months now and I can honestly say that I have learned more about business, professionalism, and who I am as a person than at any other organization or university in my past. It's exactly as the hiring team promised up front; that it is an accelerated manager in training program projected to be finished between 10-12 months. I knew full well what I wanted to get out of this program and that my effort and dedication would have to match my goals. The program definitely isn't for everyone; it's for people who are motivated to see hard the work, time, and effort they put into their personal and professional development reciprocated and appreciated. I can't thank the team and mentors here enough for the lengths they've gone through to help coach me and see myself become the person I am today and will be tomorrow. If you seek a workplace atmosphere where everybody helps everybody, this is it.
