I had to make an exchange today and it couldn't have gone smoother. The associate was super helpful and was very professional. All sparkles and smiles here!

Visited there today and bought stuff worth more than 200 I would have definitely bought more but was soo not happy with customer service there. Jenny said us after billing Please do not come again, it is disrespectful to ask for discount She was not welcoming at all since we entered the store and then when we selected the pieces we really liked she couldnt find it in store, we waited for 10 mins and then told her that we need to visit other stores and we will be back in 10-15 mins. But she was due for her break for 30 mins which we were very understanding about and gave her all the time to look for the bracelet we selected. Whole store was unorganised and even after selections if I have to wait for 40 mins just to bill then I guess I should be the one to say I hope I never see you again, but instead she was pissed about a stupid discount joke. I am never stepping in that store again if I see Jenny still working there.
