I jumped through all the paperwork hoops to get my pension and short term disability. The employees are rude, dont tell you all the facts and hold onto MY money like it is theirs! I have had to submit my disability paperwork FOUR times! I am waiting for my pension to start and guess I still get to wait because no one bothered to tell me it had to be approved by some manager who is out of town this week! When I called a month ago I was told it would be deposited April 1st. I was LIED to. I would run yelling and screaming away from this company and the RUDE employees who are supposed to be working for me

While the people I have talked to have always been polite, the current system is severely lacking for a company that charges as much as they do to take care of Union benefits. I should not have to call multiple times to get an email address that does not work when there should be a website with a customer portal to hand in a receipt for reimbursement. Instead of this being a 5 minute or less task, it now involves getting copies to physically mail to their office and wait for them to process. If every other company has figured out how to move the process online and cut processing times at this day and age, Wilson-McShane can too.

Helpful representative solved our somewhat urgent need for my 1099 so we could get taxes done before a trip. It was sent to us electronically in a timely manner.
