I honestly hate this company. I stayed with the torture for cheaper rates. But now I finally found a company with better rates and customer service. I am so happy that I am moving on. Disorganized and disrespectful location. I will never do business with State Farm again. But I'm done. I will pay higher poor customer service, poor roadside assistance, the worse I have seen. I have been a customer with car insurance companies over 20 years. Finally! I will be soon rid of this poor service like I never received before. Even when they have cancellation in writing. The company said, we will cancel in order and had no time frame. TELLING ME I have a past dur amount. What a scam conpany.THANK goodness!

Sam is a tremendous agent. He understands the industry as well or better than any other agent I've spoken to, is always very quick to respond, and treats his clients like family. Not to mention his pricing is VERY good. Would highly recommend Sam for your insurance needs!

I have recently gotten to know Sam since I work right down the street from him he is a great asset to the community of Bloomington and is very friendly and kind. He knows exactly what hes talking about and how to help people with insurance as I have asked him some questions for some friendly advice.
