My wife and I had home/auto/life with this agency for 5+ years. No claims on anything through that time. Our home policy was increased 12-14% 3 times with no explanation other than, "That is how it goes" When I started looking elsewhere, we found we could save 10-15% by switching to other companies. When I asked AmFam about this, they asked me to come in and we could make some changes and get the price lower. Essentially they just raise our rates, and hope we don't ask them about it. The lesson I learned is that the Bill Schorn agency works for AmFam, and not for their customers. Good luck getting them to answer their phone!
