Hyatt House Mall Of America / Msp Airport

Stayed here for 4 nights early April. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Not sure if they did food after Breakfast .Room, spacious and clean. I would certainly stay there again. Rooms: Very spacious with big comfortable beds

I called ahead to ensure our room had specific amenities as listed in their website and was assured that my room would and if not we would be moved. Well we showed up and the hotel was full and the room didn't have what we needed. The night manager did her best to fix it but w full hotel not much could be done. The room was nice w the exception of the blinds not working and the bathroom with autolighting right next to the bed. So you go in and it lights up the entire room in the middle of the night. We did go to the bar in the lobby for dinner, the poor gal was by her self with no help and a full bar full of hungry guests who like ourselves stayed in due to ad weather. Food was decent but the entire sitting area was very cold.

Hotel was very nice and in a perfect location. Can see Mall of America from hotel, breakfast was very good for being a hotel and staff constantly keeping up with food and asking if they could get us anything. All staff was very polite and every time we had a question or needed anything they were more than happy to help. Enjoyed the pool area, that was also very clean compared to other hotels and it was nice and warm. We will definitely be booking a suite here again in the future. Not sure why theres negative reviews, one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at and pretty cheap for how nice it is.

The cleaning of rooms and facility is very poor. Otherwise might be a nice place.
