I have been here a long time and I keep renewing my reservation through hotels.com. *Immediately* after I get a new reservation, the staff is on the phone to tell me to come to the desk and put the money down for the damage deposit ("incidentals fee"). They sound like they resent my renewal through hotels.com or something.
They have become hostile. This morning, they called me 5 times and sent someone to my door twice within 10 minutes. And when I was offended, they claimed that I "was always rude to everyone" and kicked me out. They said that they were a business and "they have rules." And I'm a paying customer and I keep their business open. Part of the cost of my reservation is to pay for courtesy from the staff.
I think that their demand that I come to the desk immediately is unreasonable.
If you want to continue to stay here, be warned.

Wanted to give 4 1/2 starts but the site won't let me. Room was clean and didn't smell. The bed was comfortable. The evening staff was professional and courteous as well as the crew renovating the hotel. The price was good for what you got. Only draw back was morning front desk guy. He was less than courteous. Had to call him to come out of office to give me my bill then as I waited for him to yawn rub his eyes and mess with his hair he finally got to computer and printed receipt handed it to me and walked away back to office. As I looked at my bill and walked back to front desk where he seen me walk back. He stayed in office and never came out to help. I waited then said out loud " I guess I don't need help" and walked out. I will call to have them explain the bill. Frustrating. Also he never gave my husband or myself our bagged breakfast. Probably pare for the course for an employee who obviously doesn't want to do his job.

Toilet didnt flush, maids didnt clean room, (we were there 2 nights,) no hot tub, the continental breakfast was dried out muffins and frozen orange juice in a brown paper bag, no shuttle services as stated on line, a terrible experience Do NOT stay here!! Front desk personnel were VERY rude, hear any complains from other patrons, one guys sheets smelled like urine!!! Microwave didnt heat correctly. This place should be torn down!!!

First, I had issues with the Wyndham app and made a booking error because it kept kicking me out. After fixing the issue with Wyndham, the manager assisted us with the changes and made it easy for us which in of itself was customer satisfaction. Thank you!
The staff and remodeling crew were kind and helpful.
The hotel is under construction. I've stayed here a few times, but was very confused as there were Best Western signs on the main road and at the entrance. It would have been nice to have been told that in the confirmation email or on the website. "look for the best western sign before you drive in circles of the parking lot"
As covid has affected amenities with many hotels, I understand changes but it would have been nice to have this reflected on the hotel website. It still said continental breakfast, but instead, we had a doggy bag & no coffee available which was disappointing.
The pool area was open and clean. We went down during adult hours 10pm-12am which was great because earlier that night, the hot tub and pool were completely full and no chairs were available to even put our stuff at.
We got Best Western rewards as well, so I guess we'll stay here again in the future!

Save your troubles and look for a better hotel. The staff is super mean. We booked it for 11 nights and there was no house keeping do to corona. They said we broke a tv that we didnt even know was broken and we paid for it. After we paid for it, they told us we couldnt stay the rest of our stay and they wont pay us back till their manager came and said we can stay. They charged us for towels too. Ive never seen a hotel that charges for towels. And since they we paid for the tv we were accused for and nothing else was broken, they couldnt even give us our deposit back.
