**Been shopping here for 5 years - Great paint department, Frustrating Curbside Pickup**
I've been a regular at the Bloomington Home Depot for years, and overall it's a decent store. The staff is usually helpful, especially the paint department folks. They're incredibly knowledgeable and always give great advice on choosing the right paint for my projects.
However, my recent experience with curbside pickup was very frustrating. I waited for over 16 minutes while on hold with an associate, and it seems there may be a disconnect between the app and how employees handle curbside orders. While the app seems convenient, it appears staff might need some additional training on using the system effectively.
Hopefully, they can iron out these issues with curbside pickup because it could be a real time-saver for customers.
