Worst ever!! Don't give these people a dime. They can't even mail out s check. They make it impossible to with draw.. WARNING...

I have been trying to roll over disbursements since Dec 15, 2022. I have spent hours calling them and having them cut a check that arrives weeks - a month later. They claim sorry it's a different department that cuts checks. Only to find out they didn't provide all the information for the new investment company to deposit the check so I had to have them stop payment and submit new checks. Only one check arrived and I am on hold again for another stop payment and re-issuance. Seriously, it's March 2, 2023. I shouldn't have to invest so much time in receiving my money! I have had to talk with their customer service department over 6 times not to mention all the Chat inquiries and they have no sense of urgency or care for their customer that has invested thousands of dollars with them. This has been the worst experience ever with any financial comany!

DO NOT USE THEM...... CROOKS........... I was told i was co ered for 300,000 but i called and had question. Was told I only had $10,000 insurance policy After 9 months of ju.ping thru hoops and with no communication from your side once, and me communicating with you 4 different times I was denied coverage because I sent authorization release form to the email you gave me! It was wrong email and I was denied
