        Cashier was talking and had a long line and wasnt able to let me redeem my points at this location even thou it says It can be done online.

        Food was cold. Had to ask for fresh food. The Mac and cheese was dried out and the oil had stained the bottom of the container so you knew it had been sitting all day.

        I ordered ahead - because I have only 30 minutes to eat for my break. I ordered 15 minutes ahead of the time I was going to go there. They had ZERO idea about my order and what made this unexceptable because before this part.. eh mistakes happen, sure. But instead of clueing me in as to what is happening.... they said nothing and proceeded to call next to 5 more people before I saw someone start my order. Don't offer order ahead if you can't hang with it.
