Love the Hotel the staff was great!! The GM is very friendly and helpful could not have had a better stay. Walkability: Can easily walk to the Mall.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Location is great for our 2 days of fun at MOA. Room very clean and cozy.

I checked in via the app, but the app said in order to get the digital key to work I needed to stop at the front desk. I arrived at 9pm to the hotel with my 11 yr old daughter. We were so excited for this mom daughter trip! Upon arriving, my trunk (with all my luggage and purse) refused to open. I tried everything but no luck! My daughter thankfully had her luggage in the back seat so we proceeded to enter the hotel. We could not get the doors open to the lobby, so I used the intercom button, after a min or two the front desk clerk (a women), opened the door and walked away without any sort of welcome. I asked her what we were doing wrong to get the door open and she said the doors lock after 9pm. The sign on the wall as you enter says doors lock after 11pm. Then I say hello, I believe I checked in online but the app said I needed to stop here first. She seemed so annoyed and irritated. I give her my last name and she says no youre not checked in. Do you know your room #? I said Im new to the app can you help me find where it would be listed and she sighs and asks for my ID. I told her my story about my trunk and said I had the confirmation # on my phone and confirmation email, and knew all the information that I listed on the reservation. Then she said its policy that she had to have an ID or she wouldnt check me in!!! Like what!!!?? I told her that was the most ridiculous thing I had heard. I prepaid and pre booked the room, I even picked out the room I wanted, drove 3hrs and she says she cant check me in without an ID!! Literally the most rude and unhelpful front desk clerk Ive ever met. Fortunately I took a photo of my drivers license at some point in the past and asked her if that would suffice, she said I guess. Then as shes typing in my information she begins to say I dont think our policy is stupid at that point I was livid. I told her that I didnt need to hear her opinion and to just check me in. Minus her horrible customer service, the room is nice, although the kitchen is not the cleanest. There was a deodorant bottle in the garbage under the sink, and the dishwasher and stove top are dirty. At the moment there is loud music playing thats been playing all day below our room. Unavoidable but we can also hear the train crossings going off multiple times an hour. I picked a room on the highest floor to assist with noise which clearly isnt helping. The bright side is that the hotel is a very short walk from nice places to eat and a short walk from the mall.

The rooms was nice. There was not a lot of room when you have the pull out bed out. Breakfast was not what is pictured. There is no Waffle iron. Not a lot to pick from. The airport is right by the hotel and starting at 4 am all you hear is Air planes taking off. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the sky walk which takes you to the mall.
