        Pretty disappointed by the customer service we received here. We paid a lot of money for custom shirts I designed myself. I felt rushed by a staff member at the bloomingdale store who acted very annoyed at our specifications. When we asked him to center the design he said it was even when it clearly wasnt. He later realized we had been correct and made no effort to apologize for how he was acting or acknowledging that he was wrong. The shirts were not printed to our specifications and a lot of the detail of the design is lost. When we spoke to that same staff member again there was no effort to remediate the situation. He said we could purchase another set of shirts. I definitely will not be.
