We understand that changes in fees can be frustrating. Like many businesses, we face rising operational costs. The modest $12 fee charged for services rendered to clients with certain insurance companies ensures we can continue providing the high-quality care our patients know and expect. It's important to us that we are transparent with our patients about all costs involved with their treatment. So those, like yourself with this insurance, have been notified on numerous occasions and by various means by our office and staff. It is a fully appropriate and clearly defined service fee, with posted written notification and verbal explanation to all those affected. While insurance plays a vital role, it typically doesn't cover all aspects of the care we provide. This is standard practice in the healthcare industry. We provide extremely high-quality care at exceptionally affordable prices. Though we'd love to have all insurance companies cover care at 100%, we've yet to find one. There is always an expectation of out-of-pocket expenses when utilizing insurance in this era of healthcare. Over our 25 years in practice, we've been voted best in Bloomington and one of Minnesota's best clinics, with countless 5-star reviews. We have many patients who pay for their services out-of-pocket fully and are thrilled with the care they receive and experience in our office. Our team is always happy to discuss your insurance coverage and any associated out-of-pocket expenses. We strive to maintain fair and competitive pricing while ensuring we can offer the best possible care.
