Verizon - Closed

Wrong hours listed - They close at 8pm, not 9pm. I arrived tonight at 7:45p and the agent would not help me because they were too close to closing. Welcome to the new world of retail where the top priority is the employee.

I had a great experience at this store yesterday due to the specialist, Hezekiah V. Hezekiah helped me upgrade my phone and the process from start to finish was very smooth. He was very knowledgeable and helpful!

Horrible service can't even customer service because I wasn't even treated like a customer. Unhelpful and unprofessional group of people. Just standing around and one showing off his underwear disgusting.

1 public store who paid no attention and made no attempt to help or get help or even acknowledge that I was in the store. When I finally asked for help, he automatically said that there was no time, even though I didnt know what I needed and they were open for two more hours. He said they close in an hour, which is different than posted on Google or the door. I asked for other sales people. He said there was someone in the back but they couldnt have you there. He was so now Im engaged and did not seem to care, despite my saying that they were to be open until nine, and how did you know. Wouldnt be done with the other people in less than an hour. Again, he had no idea what I needed. I asked him to ask the person in the back to figure out a solution, and he was gone for 10 to 15 minutes until the other person that was waiting went to find him. He came over and said that the person in the back couldnt help me either and again I was so mumbly and apathetic it was frustrating. He said the customer that was being held by the other person have been waiting for two hours and the other people he was helping Help and waiting for an hour and a half. Anytime I asked him to request another idea, he gave a helpless shrug and said hes been asking for help for a year. It seems ridiculous that the Mall of America does not have better salesforce or that Verizon does not care of that. They are better represented in public. Or give better customer service.
