I went this morning to get a new phone since my old one was completely destroyed. I ended up getting helped by Darious S. He helped me out through all the process and explain to me about the deals/perks the phones will come with, he was patient enough to help me out with my struggles since I tried to pay with 3 separate payment methods and although I struggled, he was patient enough to work with me, I know he mentioned he was just covering today or making some extra hours, he still did an outstanding job helping me out. Even though it's not he's home store since he works at the Lakeville he still did an outstanding job, after he helped me out, another couple of folks walked in and he greeted them inmidiatley and helped out too.
5 out of 5 stars service for sure!

I got the new iPhone 15 from T mobile and I said to them if I paid it fully cash will you unlock it at the same time he said we will unlock it for you tonight just call 611 and when I did the I was told to wait for 40 days they just lied to me and when I wanted to return the phone back they ask me for $180 as a T-Mobile Policy and hang off very! Just never do this mistake

Worst! It's like huh? 1 dude was sitting in a chair & high on something. The other associate was fairly helpful, but it was obvious I was an intrusion that evening. Sadly, I won't be back.

I was looking at phones and Mohamad was the associate who helped me he was very nice! Thank you Mohamad and Tmobile! Definitely will be back!
