    Yesterday I had the worst experience at the Blaine (Baltimore St) AT&T store with a manager named Nate. I honestly thought I was being punked, like the level of unprofessional was off the charts. I Will never set foot in that store again. The reason we were stopping was AT&T customer service specifically TOLD US to. We had ordered two new phones and for some reason no one from AT&T or FedEx could tell they were sent back before they even arrived in our state. Customer Service said they added notes on our account and it would be as easy as walking in and getting the phones at any store. My wife and I told Nate this story and I showed him the transcript from customer service and my excitement walking in died when he said there was nothing he could do because we didn't order in the store. So, this kid was a Total jerk, had a chip on his shoulder before we even spoke. He apparently thought we were another couple he had issues with previously. After we explained what Customer Service TOLD US to do he said "look, it's like I tried to tell you the last time - that you should have ordered them here but you wanted to order the phones on your own so there's nothing I can do". We explained that we'd never met him before and even though we'd been long time customers who have been to that store many times it had been more than a year since the last time. After begrudgingly looking up our situation he told the person working with him (I assume another employee but he wasn't wearing any uniform or identifying clothing) "good luck with them" and he walked to the back. He came back a minute later seemingly annoyed. After looking our info up more and after we explained that customer service told us this was all we had to do he said "look, as the manager here I am telling you there's nothing we can do". And "you can't call the peons in regular customer service, they're clueless. You need to call loyalty and retention to get things done". We left disappointed and I asked him for his name so I could reference his suggestion in the future. He was wearing a name tag that said Alex so I asked if that was his name. He said, "Nah, I'm not Alex, bruh". He told me his name was Nate and then he mumbled something as we were leaving and I said I'd remember his name and he said "yeah, you do that". Now, It takes a lot to get me riled up and it takes even more for me to complain but this kid has soured me on the AT&T Brand and especially after this experience I will go way out of my way to avoid entering this store in the future no matter how inconvenient it will be for me. Even now a day later I still can't believe it.
