I called this company and someone came out the next day, told me they could help, didn't give me an estimate, had me sign a contract that I did not get a copy of, had me give a check and left (never saw or heard from him again). They did the job where within 10 days they sent someone out 3 times for 5 minutes a piece to check on equipment. Then they charged $1700. They did an okay job on the mitigation. They cut a 3x3ft hole in my bathroom and said they would get the estimate to my insurance agency to get it approved. Once it was approved I heard nothing. I called multiple times and heard nothing back so I after about 30 days I hired someone else. Then about 2 months later I get a call to let me know that my mitigation invoice is overdue, and they will be sending it to collection. Both the accounting person and the supervisor were very rude and couldn't understand why I was irritated. Neither one cared that they left me high and dry or that it was never explained to me that half of the job had to be paid before they started the other. No one cared this was a health concern to me and my 3 children. All they cared about was the money that I was unaware I had to pay. Would absolutely not recommend. Definitely filing a complaint with the BBB.
