0 out 10! Dont waste time here at all. I would not recommended this location. Go to a different location where they treat you good.

What a joke. Don't even waste your time going here - every provider I've talked to since my son's appointment basically said they don't agree with their telemedicine practice at all. You don't see an actual doctor in the office. While I think this is weird, I assumed it was just a new standard practice. They don't (can't) dilate because of this apparently. My son came out with a prescription that was so small it's not even worth glasses, but they handed it to me like he should pick some out. Then they said he has pressure behind his eyes and referred us for additional imaging. The place they referred us to didn't receive, even after I called back and asked them to send it again. Turns out the place referred to wasn't in our insurance network so I called around until I found somewhere I could go - they wouldn't send a new referral, so I had to try to convince a provider I had an urgent referral in hand. Luckily we saw my son's primary care and he was able to push to get us in there in the clinic for eye services. The eye dr there looks at the paper and says I don't get it, his pressure was fine at his eye exam, and it's fine this morning. They went ahead and ran a bunch of tests just to make sure, but everything was fine. And the doctor said do NOT buy glasses, he has 20/20 vision. I have wasted so many hours on the phone trying to work this out, the whole time feeling anxious that something is wrong with my kid. I will never go back.
