Want to know how to take a good family owned community and turn it sour. Sell it to filthy rich corporate pigs. The new community doesnt have enough staff to keep our street safely plowed for the community however they have enough money to hire in tow truck to creep around and tow vehicles in the middle of the night costing low income families $350. I have never been so disgusted by the lack of morals of corporate companies in my entire life. If you can read on previous reviews there has been several complaints about lack of plowing of the street. However because that would cost the park money to hire staff they dont address this issue. Instead of corporate investing money on hiring proper staff for the park they invest their money on hiring outside companies to creep around our community and tow vehicle at the expense of us and benefit for them. Greedy corporation. Lot rent continues to increase with broken promises of street repairs. Years of living here I have never seen more houses going up for sale. We will be leaving this community. And not recommending it to a soul.

Staff has been amazing and very helpful for my friend ! I really would recommend living there.

After living here for 24 years I felt like this place was home. Now that its been taken over by new people that you never see nor can you talk to them its not home. Its very impersonal and new owners are absolutely heartless people. Sad after 24 years a resident has to feel this way.
