I had been going to Park Dental for years and absolutely loved everything about them! But due to Covid, I ended up on state assistance for insurance and experienced nothing but rudeness from the staff. Recently, I had a secondary insurance through work and had some work done. The insurance only lasted a month, and I let them know to remove it on my next visit. Months later, I get harassing letters and phone calls, once receiving 4 missed calls during the workday and within 25 hours! When I was able to call back, they forced a cancelation of all future appointments and attempted to accuse me of lying about my insurance. I will never be going back, and it's unfortunate because the front desk and the DA's were always amazing.
