Had a fantastic experience tonight! Scott always takes great care of us and the rep we had tonight was a younger guy and very patient with our elderly folks we brought in for upgrades. I forgot his name but ScoJo will remember who worked with us tonight. Northtown Verizon is the store to go to for great service in 2024.

I've been with Verizon for 22+ yrs. Customer service/sales reps lacks transparency and are becoming increasingly dishonest and rude; specifically the Blaine/Northtown location.

Unfortunately this store is not as transparent as they should be when pertaining to promotional offers and fees/taxes.
I wouldnt walk into this store without knowing exactly what you want ahead of time and doing the research yourself.
If you find yourself in a position where correction is needed the store doesnt even address it and everything has to be done via corporate phone calling or online chating. Therefore there is no accountability for employees in store to correct their wrong doings.
Managment needs to take a good look in the mirror at this location.
After my experience I will be looking for a new cell carrier going forward. 100% not worth the headache or time invested.
