      Hi Mitch, I saw you called early in the morning and the call dropped while the receptionist was looking up availability on the computer. She called you right back and it went to voicemail. I also reached out a few times by phone and text, but it goes to voicemail. We prioritize instant availability to clients, and this is not the experience I would hope to see.
