Staff doesnt know what theyre doing. I did a pickup order for mothers day and sent my roommate in and staff did not ring her up or ask for payment. then proceeded to call me and threaten with authorities when THEY were the ones who are responsible for making sure customers pay right. I did call and make payment over the phone but will never be returning

We ordered our wedding cake and bundtinis through Nothing Bundt Cakes and our experience was flawless. From information, pricing, selection to ordering and delivery on our big day, we couldn't have asked for better. I bought my first bundtlets yesterday to have for dessert for my sisters lunch today. Everyone raved at how delicious they were and gobbled them up quickly. What a wonderful dessert to end our special day together! We are all hooked on Nothing Bundt Cakes now.

About half the time I come here and get bundtlets I end up with the wrong cakes in my bag. Happened again today so I drove back to the store and explained I received the wrong items. I spoke with the same woman who originally helped me. She corrected the issue, but I explained to her this happens way too often and there's room for improvement. She couldn't have been more dismissive; she kept talking over me saying "yep" "okay" "sorry". This isn't an isolated incident, and I am sick of having to come back to this store to get what I ordered.
