They got the job done and it looks better than when I brought it in (had hit a deer) BUT I don't know if they're short staffed or just really bad at time management...they originally quoted me it would take 3-4 business days to get done (from a visual estimate, which I understand things can be missed and things added after that) but then quoted 8 business days which turned into 11 which turned into 13...which turned into them having my van for 3 full weeks. They told me it would be done every day for a week (a Wednesday then said Thursday then said Friday then said Monday)...very frustrating with being told it would be done when it wasn't (even showed up to pick it up once because they didn't update me that they hadn't actually finished by the time they said they would). I'd rather be over quoted (told more time than it should take) than under quoted like they did. Hard to make arrangements of using other vehicles while waiting for mine to be done with them constantly changing quote times.

Very professional and kind people they mafe sure they got the job done according to the car manufacturers protocol and nothing less, that says a lot when your car is a subaru which is hard to work on.
