Wen in to get a crutch and knee brace in July '22. When I asked how much it would cost they said "we don't know until insurance goes through". I knew it wouldn't be covered at all, so I asked again and they said it would be impossible to know. That was later confirmed by the manager to be wrong, they could see the whole time. Ended up paying $100 for a crutch and $400 for a simple knee brace. It then took 6 months to get the bill. They expect it paid in a couple weeks. I called to see if there were late fees and I was told "after 2 or 3 invoices youll get billed around $15. You'll get an invoice every 2 or 3 weeks." So after 6 months of them processing it, I get anywhere between 4 and 9 weeks to pay it before a late fee. They hide costs from customers and patients every chance they get.

I was told by three people that Elk River, MN was in their area. Then I got a call from their installer he said that we were out if the area. Not sure why three employees told me tgat we were in their area. I would put my money elsewhere not sure I would trust thus company.
