What started off decent has went the other way a bit. My garage door is a struggle to open and close. Cant open it all the way. 3/4 only. Others there have the same issue. Some people have had to leave there's open for days exposing all there things waiting for it to be fixed. Then to get out if you're not in a car you can't. Rode up on my motorcycle was stuck inside for 40 min. They couldn't do anything to let me out. Key pad woudlnt work. They didnt know theres one way in one way out even. Luckily someone came in and I was able to get out. That person said they had the same issue themselves on there bicycle. Which again tells me they don't fix problems quickly. Thinking about getting out but damn lots of work moving things. Uuuugh

Easy online sign up and payment. Most reasonably priced in the area. 1st 2 months are free. What's not to like. But if I had to give it one negative. It would be the hours allowed In. Gate locks at 10pm. I don't get it. it makes no sense. What about the 2nd and 3rd shift people? Or when moving and storing, you encounter long days, and 10pm doesn't make sense, to me. It should be 24/7. There's no reason for it not to be. The place is clean and gated with pin code entry. As far as storage facilities go, I'd recommend.
