I called around to see which company we wanted to use. Luke answered the phone and was so kind that I decided to go with them. I could tell that he and their company really care about people with disabilities. I was super impressed that they were able to come out within a few days to do the home assessment. Luke and Emma listened to all our needs and were open to feedback. I would definitely use them again.

Heather was very knowledgeable and understanding when things came up on my end. We worked closely to come up with a plan that would work best for my son and his needs with his wheelchair. This company was very responsive when I had concerns and would communicate well about delays or changes. I would highly recommend using Current Accessibility Solutions.

This company was hired to do an assessment and project management. They were very disorganized and each step took them one month to over one month. They kept using covid as an excuse even when covid is not an excuse for their delays in this project. They also claimed they contacted the contractors I selected for bids, however when I called those contractors I was informed that nobody from current accessibility ever contacted them to schedule a bid at my house. Current Accessibility told me on multiple occasions over the course of a month that they were calling and emailing three contractors I selected and that those contractors were not getting back to Current to schedule a bid. When I finally called and requested a bids from those companies I had them to my house with in three business days of me calling them. Current lied to me about what they were doing. They stalled my project at many different steps. They also did not provide the project management they got paid for. They were supposed to be in charge of gathering the bids. Even after some companies, who I did not select, came out to do bids it still took a month to get the bids back. I was the one who had to call the companies and get the bids back because Current was not doing their job. They just let my son's case sit and did not do their job. They got paid $2250 for doing almost nothing. I would never recommend this company, and I will never hire them again. All they do is make excuses and lie to you. With in a week of the county finally firing current, I had all of the bids back. With in two weeks of firing I had their job completely done. Their lies about covid stalling everything were in fact lies. I was able to get their job done in two weeks, the job she took three months to do and never completed.
They also constantly changed project managers, never had a clear story. Initially when I worked with a man at their company he left and I didn't hear from current for over a month. They made some excuse that because that certain individual left their company they were swamped with all of the cases he dropped. However this is not an excuse because all they had to do is send one mass email to all of his cases informing them what had happened. But I was polite and understanding.
I was polite and understanding of all of their mistakes and it was completely pointless. They do not care about people and their accessibility needs.
They constantly told me they have such a big case load and they work through their cases in the order they come in. But after 10 months of working with them somehow my son's case is always at the bottom of their case load. Never hire this company.
