With multiple rental locations, between Ramsey and St Cloud, we have had a few unique situations arise. One thing that separated Harris the most, from previous companies we have used, is his willingness to help me troubleshoot the issue as best he can over the phone. Some issues I have been able to resolve, others have sometimes helped him narrow it down so his time was minimal in tennant units. He is now our only call when it comes to anything hvac. Haris installed a new Goodman HVAC system in our home. He was professional in his removing of the old system and meticulous in his install. He provided instruction and ensured that we understood the new system before leaving. Haris made himself available in short notice for questions and concerns.
