        Plumber unable to find hot water shut off even though cold water shut off was pointed out. Other: < 6 inches away. Charged extra because he had to deal with repair with water running. Paid and tipped at time of service. Later - billed again.

        They are awesome. Our water heater went out on a Friday morning and even though they were booked up they worked us in and we had a new water heater and hot water by late afternoon. Thank you so much. Service: Water heater installation
