        Open ethical practice concerns, price gouging, not looking out for customers best interest, not responding to inquiries or failing to respond to direct questions. Questionable treatment with minority customers. Complaint filed with Allstate corporate office and will be filing additional complaints with BBB. Will consider legal action if they refuse to address my concerns.

        The people who are employed at this insurance agency are extremely kind, thoughtful and helpful. Unfortunately the insurance company itself raised our rates more than 52% because of the hits it has taken so we are being forced to shop for other insurance companies. My opinion is we pay for those losses one way or another so why are we forced to have insurance? A big part of what is wrong in our country is that we are being ripped off by insurance companies and big pharma.
