        The products were not ordered, then refused to give us the promotion that was going on because they forgot to order the correct products. Auburn also threw in extra fees than what Gaberil told us there was going to be. She is very unprofessional and did not back up what her employee told us, which as manager should be her responsibility. Ended up going to the Verizon across town, and got the promotion.
