Pam is literally the definition of bad customer service she was very rude to my family and me she can wreck a whole trip . I hope they fire her one day .

Pretty disappointed that the pool was closed and the inflatables never ran, but yet still paid full price. It's just to high priced.

Our family (16 to 24 members) have camped at this campground several times since 1995 and prior to this visit have had a great time. This year we rented 5 of the larger cabins for 2 or 3 nights. The campground manager was unfailingly rude and unhelpful. I have never been treated this way at any campground before and I camp frequently. The tv did not work and was not replaced or repaired, we requested an extra picnic table because of the large number of us there were and were denied. The water smelled like sewer and no reason was given. I was told I could not have my dog in the cabin we rented although we carefully picked this one because it allowed pets. One of her employees did tell her it was allowed in this cabin. Things seemed generally rundown and in need of freshening up.
