I would like to thank Valley Buick GMC for not getting back to me at all in February and March. I wanted to sell my car and Valley Buick is conveniently down the road. I texted them and had a lengthy chat on February 2, 2024 about selling my car for cash. They texted, "I will request our sales team reach out to discuss if you can sell the (car) to them." I did not hear from them. Tired of waiting, I came in to the dealership during the week of February 12, 2024 for an estimate and I worked with Connor who was very helpful. He looked at my car and sent a note to the sales team. After sitting with Connor for a very long time, I left with the understanding that one of the Paul brothers would call me. I didn't hear anything for nearly a week. Connor was surprised no one had gotten back to me. He re-submitted my request and again I heard nothing. I contacted Valley Buick GMC once again on March 30, 2024 asking about the status of my request. Again I was told someone would get back to me. They never did. I would like to thank Valley Buick GMC for not getting back to me because I ended up going to We Buy Any Car in Burnsville where I received excellent customer service and an offer that was about $1200 higher than what Valley Buick GMC would have offered. I will one day need a new car and I certainly don't see giving my business to the big, too-busy-for-the-average-person dealership down the road.

I own a 2017 Yukon Denali that I purchased new from Diamond Buick GMC @ Alexandria, MN. I have never purchased or had my vehicle serviced at this dealership. My right rear tail light stopped working, common issue on GM LED taillights. I called and asked if they had one in stock and they did. I picked it up this evening, they not only saved me the 50 dollar core charge, as they assisted me in removing the tail light, they went above and beyond what I anticipated. As a GMC owner, I appreciate their efforts and actions for me! I happened to be in the twin cities, so I stopped in. The service was top notch, which is difficult to find in 2024. I did not want either the service employees nor the parts employees actions to go unnoticed. Thank you, as I will never forgot how well you all assisted me, when traveling in the twin cities, and having a tail light malfunction. (Denny V. Carlos, MN.)
