        Safety: The door was not very secure to my room. It moved and shook any time another door on the floor opened and shut.

        I could have lived with some of the other stuff but not being able to take a shower because of no hot water and being told well we had a full house last night that might be why, not a great answer, I will be staying somewhere else next time Rooms: Need update

        We stayed in this hotel for a football conference. After a day of getting sweaty on the field we came back to shower before dinner to find we didn't have any hot water. We asked some others we know staying in the hotel if they had the same issues and they did. We called the front desk where they told us to just try again in a couple hours. They said too many people must be using it. We tried the water several times throughout the next day and a half including early in the morning and really late at night. When I told the woman at check out she said she knew it was an issue and that it was just from so many people using it at once. I let her know it was a problem beyond that. The room was plenty large but needed cleaning. The dishes they supplied were in the dishwasher, which said they were clean but it wasn't run. The soap was still in the door. The pool was much smaller than the photos made it seem and the hot tub was hot but the jets didn't work. Sunday morning there was a sign saying the pool was closed. The breakfast was nice and the front desk people from our first night were great. I just wish the rest of the visit would have been on par with our first impression.

        We enjoyed our stay the room was quiet, even though it was spring break week you couldn't hear kids running down the hall way. We didn't get in the pool or hot tub because of the amount of kids in there but like I said it was spring break. The Breakfast was good lots of choices even though this one lady was dumping what she could in her purse then she would go to her room come back and do it again (some people). Rooms: The room was beautiful. The bed was a little soft for my liking. Nearby activities: The Mall of America is not to far, lots of things in there for everyone. Safety: Felt very safe there
