Bed Bath & Beyond

I am very disappointed in the quality of the online system. It comes off as a scheme. I ordered online and called my sister to let her know I had bought the item we had discussed getting our parents as a gift. She told me she had already bought the same one from here so I could return it. I immediately went back to my order to return the item. When I used the hyperlink for my order number in my confirmation email, the website said my item could not be found. I retried over the next 15 minutes and got the same response. Finally, after a few hours had passed the system was able to recognize the item. At this point it told me I could no longer return it because 30 minutes had passed, it offered the chat option. I tried it and it stated there were 27 people ahead of me, I waited and requested notifications, as the number went all the way down to me next it cut off and said to me the wait was too long (but didn't send a notification) and requested I call. I called and restarted the chat, only to get the same result, 27 people ahead of me, it gets down to me, disconnects requests I call. On the phone call, it just took me in a loop. I do not see any possible way I could have cancelled my order within 30 minutes with the options I was given, seeing as none of them worked correctly.

Great selection of items, ok prices. Store was clean, well organized and well stocked!

I got extra forks. Our forks keep disappearing. They have individual flatware that isnt cheap bendable crud.
