I am fed up with the management and maintenance team in this community. I have had problem after problem including significant mold growth and a water leak in my ceiling. They were dismissive with the mold and acted like it was no big deal. They didnt do anything about except tell us to clean it with bleach. They took the base board off (which was damaged and warped) and quickly put it back on without fixing anything or ensuring there wasnt a moisture leak. With the leaky ceiling, the maintenance man was frankly extremely rude. He said youre lucky I even showed up because I put in an emergency maintenance request and he tried to call me but my phone was in sleep mode so I didnt see any calls. Our bike was stolen from our garage spot conveniently after management took two other items out of our garage stall and didnt notify us. Overall, my experience was very poor and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Visited for a minute. The pools all have cabanas, and the party room that was rented was beautiful. Speakers outside, BBQ, fireplace, pool table.

My name is Rose Dianne and my partner Michelle stayed for 1 year in Galante Bigos Management apartment. I will say the people who are managing this place special mention Lindsey, Ann Marie and Jessica are prompt in our queries/ concerns. I will say from the moment we were searching for a place to stay, handover of our keys and shift everything went Sooo smooth! The residence itself is complete with amenities such as pool, gym, community room that you wont even think of somewhere else. Maintenance as well especially mr David came to our unit and fixed house issues (anything)! And even Ms Jessica walk me through unit on our checkout. Within 2-3 days we were able to receive our refund. They were very honest and precise with the computation for our refund! Thank you so much and surely we will recommend you. Thank you so much for accommodating us at unit 301. We owe you since you accepted us on 1st year here in USA accepted us despite of no credit history. Our Memories from there will never be forgotten.
