They just revamped the urgent care section

The front desk was very kind, went above and beyond for another person there also for a walk in and they gave me a very accurate wait time until I would see a provider. It was a little over an hour wait but what I am used to for a walk in urgent care during a high peak flu season. I will do the online save a spot in line next time which they kindly told me about for in the future. The provider, Danielle Swanson, was very kind to me and my toddler. She was knowledgeable, relatable and patient. For my first time ever using the urgent care, I was impressed. Thank you!

waited two hours for a 5 min appointment

Doors are locked before time written on door. Like locked at 7pm when they close at 8pm and no one will see what you need. On more than one occasion staff was really rude to me and my sick kids. Ive had such bad service here that Ive actually called and talked to a clinic manager.

The place is great. I have been coming to this location for years and have never waited longer than 10 minutes for the nurse to call me and the doctor comes in right after I am done with the nurse. Everyone is always friendly and they accepted my state insurance when I had that as well. I would definitely recommend coming here for all your medical needs.
