She facilitated two viewings of the property, as well as handled the application and paperwork approval quickly. Communication was very responsive with the agent and office staff. We rent a few properties, and Jacks Management Company takes care of everything. For many years, I managed the property myself, but I became behind on maintenance and fair market rent. Jacks Management Company has done an outstanding job attracting good tenants and ensuring that necessary maintenance is completed on time.
