Dellwood Estates

Dellwood Estates is better than your average big corporation, looking to make a buck, I have enjoyed living here and the staff is second to none. it is a safe and quit place to come home to, and if you need to speak to someone live at anytime day or night, you can reach them, I have lived in other communities in the area and they fail miserably when compared to the quality and friendliest of Dellwood States.And the reason I can say this with all honesty is the staff you can live in a glamorous apartment and it means nothing without good staff to manage it.

We are in the apartment building next door to Dellwood estates. Their tenants are constantly throwing trash off their balconies and into the yard between the properties. We have found bloody tampons, dirty diapers, and used needles. Last year we complained to the Dellwood estates office about. They simply mowed over the trash and spread it everywhere. Please Dellwood estates clean up your side yard and keep it clean.

Not the best but not the worst. Was a nice n easy process to get moved in, costs less than the average place to move in initially.(400 bucks on top of first months rent) Though at the same time, 1350 a month for a tiny 2 bed 1 bath Apartment that has barely been kept up with since the early 80s is asking a bit much. Management is okay, maintenance sucks, not to mention the whole property is very haunted. The main positive I have is the fact everyone kinda kinda their own business, which makes it almost worth the money
