Poor communication.no answer delivered.no help in progress on the real estate information at all..calls not answered .. sometimes not at all. WE should have been more careful in selecting a more helpful and experienced.

Looking for a home in the market this past year (2022) was a nightmare. Every realtor we contacted basically brushed us off because of the kind of loan we had, and those who seemed willing to work with us either didn't listen at all to our list of wants in the home, or they showed us houses they didn't know anything about. I often knew more than the realtors just from reading the listings in full. I realize this was many people's experience and it was due to the nature of the market but we were buying our first home. I didn't want to go into it blindly. I felt hopeless one day and used a feature on Zillow that connected you with a realtor to view a specific home, that realtor happened to be Glen Bearson. I cannot tell you what a breath of fresh air it was to speak with him. We didn't buy the first home we viewed with him but he seemed to really care about our purchase and our needs and he was able to answer my questions with clear experience, and when he couldn't answer a question he simply said he didn't know, but he'd find out for us. I truly appreciate that level of integrity and honesty. At every turn in our home-buying process the lender was a nightmare to deal with and it seemed that Glen was the only one going to bat for us. We couldn't have done it without him. We found a beautiful home and I *know* we would still be renting if it weren't for Glen. We look forward to working with him again in the future and I sing his praises to anyone in the area who will listen.
