        Unhappy with our experience with Mark. We called him because our HVAC duct sensor was missing and needed to be replaced. He came out, changed our filter, poked around and couldn't help us with our true issue. I confronted him about why the invoice was so high at $415 and he simply said that's the fee for bringing out a truck (which they didn't use) and trying to diagnose our issue (which we already knew). We didn't need a diagnosis, we needed a fix.
