        I will not be doing my taxes at the albert lea location as they are very unprofessional at this location called with some questions this morning and staff was very rude said theyd call back with answers but instead has the ASSISTANT MANAGER call me back with hella attitude telling me to call calm down or she was going to keep hanging up on Me had already hung up on me 3 times and then proceeded to keep telling me to calm down or shed hang up again very rude very very unprofessional had to call the austin office to speak with and AUCTUAL MANAGER ! Who was actually PROFESSIONAL about my question and understood my frustration this so called assistant manger needs a lesson on how to speak and deal with clients frustrations and how to speak appropriately and not hang up smh very poor service in albert lea not to mention the tax preper i had is always talking about his personal life and trying to tell me how to do things in my life not ok personal life should stay thay way i dont go do my taxes to have someone tell me all about there personal life and how i should be doing my tax papers differently not impressed with this office
